Once you’ve decided on your package and any add-ons, I will send a formal quote with all the details, and also serves as our booking agreement.

Sign the agreement online, submit your deposit, then you will receive your booking confirmation along with login details to access the online planning suite.

Once you have access to the planning suite, it will be pre-loaded with planning forms for you to complete. Additionally, you can enter song requests, edit your timeline, make payments, and more.

Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event, we will meet either virtually, or in person, to verify all of the details before the event.

The big day is finally here! You can trust that I’ve confirmed all the details and I’m as ready for your event as your are. It’s time to make your event memorable!
